"We were called by this insurance company. The representative was extremely rude to both me and my husband after we stated that we no longer needed insurance as we decided to go with another agency. When we were disconnected and called back, the insurance agent who picked up the phone (Craig) although he sounded like the one, we just got off the phone with, advised us that it was not him who we spoke with but instead it was Kolton. If the owner acts like that, and treats potential customers that way, there is no way I would ever use State Farm. Update: And then he lies in his response. Very unethical. I did in fact hang up because you were rude. However, my husband (a pastor) never once cussed. This definitely shows your integrity and I am thankful we chose not to do business.
