"I had some initial concerns about going with State Farm based on things I had heard, but Kolton and his team completely changed that experience from day one. They’ve been responsive, professional, and easy to work with throughout. A couple of years in, I had a car issue late at night and needed roadside assistance. I paid out of pocket, but Kolton followed up immediately, helped me file the claim, and made sure I was reimbursed without any hassle. He consistently responds quickly, stays proactive, and checks in when needed. That level of service makes a real difference. Highly recommend Kolton and his team."

"Great agent. I needed a new roof, after a storm. They paid for it. Even though they had paid for the last roof, 25 years ago. From another storm. BTW, did you know that roadside assistance is around 1-4$ per 6 months? Neither did I. Now I've got that too."
